The filling season only opens on the 1st of April 2018.
Your current processing period must be March 2018 or later for the Tax Year End option displays.
Please check under your downloads folder (My PC/My Computer...Downloads) the file will be called TYE_2018.txt.
It is a .TXT file. You can import the file into SARS e@syFile.
You can import the .TXT file that was exported from Sage One Payroll directly into SARS e@syFile. For SARS e@syFile queries, please contact SARS on http://www.sars.gov.za/Pages/default.aspx
