Green-Field SCM

Description

Green-field SCM is a workflow-based procurement system design and built in South Africa for public sector procurement. It addresses all the challenges faced by state owned entities (SOE) relating to procurement and procurement related activities. It has been built over many years taking all regulations from PMFA, MFMA and National Treasury into account. Green-Field aims to enhance the functionality of existing ERP systems to accommodate the demanding and unique challenges faced by public sector procurement.

With advanced reporting, monitoring and full real-time CSD integration it ensures that all procurement activities are tracked and monitored and easily reported in the formats as requested by the auditor general and National Treasury. All aspects of procurement are covered, from demand planning, budgeting, tender management, supplier, and contract management to acquisitions.
