Precision is an Enterprise Resource Planning package that integrates into various components of any business, seamlessly through a modularized software application.
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a process whereby a company, often a manufacturer, manages and integrates the important parts of its business. An ERP management information system integrates areas such as planning, purchasing, inventory, sales, marketing, finance and human resources.
- Customer Management
- Inventory Management
- Custom Pricelists
- Quotes, Orders, Invoicing
- Supplier Management
- Purchase Orders
- Stock Control
Product Precision includes a very powerful Product Model Builder, allowing users to create their own products where quantities or lengths can be entered into the system, Precision will then automatically calculate relevant pricing and update stock levels accordingly.
For instance if a product model was created to calculate 5 bolts for every meter on a product model, entering a value of 10 meters would allocate 50 bolts to the product model, upon conversion from quote to an order reserving the 50 bolts for the order, upon conversion of the order to an invoice the stock would be marked as sold and be removed from the available stock all together, if the stock falls below a specified qty the stock would be highlighted in a low stock report. purchasing stock using the purchase order model would replenish the stock values.
Product models are created and owned by the customer within the Precision User Interface, no other clients have access to the code or calculations of a company’s product model, we refer to this as soft code existing within Precision, owned by the customer themselves.
Once configured Precision can be accessed from anywhere in the world securely using the encrypted Precision network, allowing companies to manage all aspects of their business in real time, keeping everyone in the company up to date with tasks relative to their divisions and giving management the over view they need to ensure smooth running operation.
